I recently built a powerful PC with an NVIDIA RTX 4070 and a Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core processor, but it seems I'm not getting the most out of either component. Sometimes I just browse Chrome or play less demanding games like Minecraft. I'm wondering if my monitor is a limiting factor, or if there's something else going on.

Have you tried benchmarking your setup with a tool like 3DMark? It can give you a clear picture of your PC's performance capabilities and help identify any bottleneck issues. Just run the benchmark and see how your system holds up against others.
