I've got an RTX 3080 and just upgraded to a Corsair 4000D case, but my temperatures are still hitting 90 degrees even when I crank all the fans to max. I keep my PC clean, so that isn't the problem. Living in a very hot country doesn't help either. Is there anything I can buy or do to get my temps down?

Have you checked the room temperature? If it's hitting around 30 degrees in there, your components are starting at a disadvantage. Also, consider if you've replaced thermal paste or pads lately—a 3080 is a few years old now.
It's important to clarify which temp you're referring to—CPU or GPU? If it’s the GPU hitting those numbers, it might be time to change the thermal paste. Sometimes it dries out after a few years, and a repaste can do wonders for lowering temps if it’s been about 3 years.
Don't forget about airflow! It should feel smooth when you put your hand in the case if everything’s set right. Fans pushing against one another can create stagnant air, which doesn't cool effectively. Adjusting your fan placement could really help.
My brother faced the same issue, and he solved it by getting a fan that doubles as an AC unit and pointed it toward the intake fans of his case. It also helps to test your fan speeds at medium instead of max; sometimes maxing them out doesn’t provide the cooling you think it will. Also, what CPU cooler are you using and what other components do you have in your setup?
I tried that setup, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Thanks for the suggestion!
More details would definitely help! Are you seeing 90C across the board or just in hotspots? What are your CPU and VRAM temps? Make sure all the GPU fans are running and that the GPU is at stock settings. Undervolting could help; it’s kind of a last resort but can help manage power use and heat.
Not sure about the hotspot thing, but it shows 90 in MSI Afterburner. CPU is around 50-60 degrees. GPU fans are good, and it's stock, but undervolting sounds intimidating.
Yeah, what’s a good timeframe for changing thermal paste on a GPU? I've had mine for about 3 years too.
