A hacker and I keep reclaiming access to an older Apple Account from each other. I've contacted Apple Support three times, but the issue hasn't been resolved. Even when I change the password and enable two-factor authentication by signing in with my iPhone 15, the hacker can disable it through the security questions after I sign out. They changed those questions and answers to Chinese, so I can't pass the verification needed to update the account or password. I need to sign out of this account because I use my main Apple Account on my phone for work, but every time I do, the hacker takes control again. I even requested account deletion, but it was apparently denied or reversed. Is there any realistic way to recover or permanently delete the account?

If you can’t answer the current security questions, Apple may no longer consider you able to verify ownership of the account. Older accounts that rely on security questions can be especially difficult to secure because two-factor authentication may not be able to be permanently enforced after a compromise. If you regain access temporarily, remove any personal information and payment details you can, but you may ultimately need to stop using that account and create a new one.
Unfortunately, changing the password alone probably won’t solve this if the attacker still controls the recovery methods or security questions. Keep working through Apple’s official account-recovery process and gather proof of ownership, but be prepared for the possibility that the account cannot be recovered or locked down permanently.
