How can I recover my Gmail account without recovery info?

I'm really struggling to recover my Gmail account, which is super important to me. The only proof I have that it's mine is that it's under my name, and I have a third-party UPI app linked to it. Unfortunately, my Gmail doesn't have any recovery email or phone number set up. What can I do to get my account back?
