I've gradually become the unofficial IT person at a nonprofit, and email signatures are turning into a constant headache. We want everyone's signature to look polished and consistent, with the same logo and colors plus each person's name, role, pronouns, and phone number. However, nobody here knows HTML, and I'd rather not learn it just to keep our emails from looking thrown together. Has anyone found a simple, no-code way to create and roll out clean signatures that work in both Outlook and Gmail? I'm especially hoping to avoid everyone manually copying and pasting a slightly different version.

If the organization needs strict consistency and easy updates, a managed email-signature service may be worth considering. It can apply templates centrally across users instead of relying on everyone to maintain their own copy, though a simple shared template is probably enough for a small nonprofit.
Keep the signature fairly minimal. A name, role, phone number, and organization details are usually enough, with a small logo if needed. Too much formatting, large images, or marketing content can make signatures look cluttered and may render differently across email clients.

That makes sense. We mainly need a dependable shared template for now, but centralized management could be useful if the staff grows.
