How Do You Manage iPhone Storage When It's Almost Full?

I'm really battling with my iPhone storage โ€“ I have about 510GB used out of a 512GB capacity. Most of it comes from photos and videos, which alone take up over 260GB, plus about 110GB for music. I don't want to lose any of my memories, but it feels like I'm out of space constantly. I try to clear things out, but somehow it fills up again after a month. How do you all handle this issue?

I keep my storage in check by regularly cleaning up files. I use the Express Cleaner app to compress large photos and get rid of duplicates. Making it a weekly routine really helps keep my iPhone running smooth and frees up space.

Have you thought about using Nextcloud? It's a solid option since it's free and self-hosted. I tried it myself, but I found setting it up a bit tricky, especially with buying a NAS. It might be too much work for what you need, but if you're tech-savvy, itโ€™s worth considering!

StorageGuru17: Yeah, I can see how that would be tough! Maybe look for simpler cloud solutions if you want something less technical.

Consider transferring your files to an external storage device or subscribing to iCloud for extra space. It can be a hassle to manage storage, but these options can help you stay on top of it.
