My friend's Microsoft account seems to have vanished, and he has no idea why this happened. He's tried reaching out to Microsoft support, but so far, he hasn't received any response. To make matters worse, his Minecraft account is tied to that Microsoft account, and he put in a lot of effort saving for it over the past eight years. It's really important to him. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to assist him in recovering it? Thanks a lot!

There's a chance his account might have been hacked, which could result in the email being changed or even deleted. If that's the case, it might make it even harder for Microsoft to help him. Just make sure he provides them with as much information as possible when he contacts support.
