My friend's Microsoft account seems to have vanished, and he has no idea why this happened. He's tried reaching out to Microsoft support, but so far, he hasn't received any response. To make matters worse, his Minecraft account is tied to that Microsoft account, and he put in a lot of effort saving for it over the past eight years. It's really important to him.
