I'm trying to figure out how to set a default user profile picture for all users in my Active Directory environment. We want to use the same company logo as the profile picture across the board. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to achieve this in a Windows Server 2025 domain?

You can manually replace the default .PNG files with your custom company logo on each machine. Just remember that you'd need to resize the images and create the thumbnail versions yourself. They should typically be found in the C:/windows/users/ directory, if I remember correctly.
We actually used this tool from CodeTwo to manage user photos: https://www.codetwo.com/freeware/active-directory-photos. It simplifies the process a lot! Just make sure that after adding them, you check if they appear in Windows as expected.
I think there’s a way to set it all at once, like selecting all users, right-clicking, and setting one profile picture for everyone. But I could be mistaken there.
Not quite. I've heard that's not how it works.
So, you're looking to have the same logo as everyone's Teams and Outlook photo, right? That sounds like a good plan! It really helps with brand consistency when everyone has the same profile picture.
Exactly, it may not be that straightforward.
