Lately, I've been having trouble with the New Outlook on some of our computers. When I try to click and open it, nothing happens. I've even reverted back to the old Outlook for now. I've attempted resetting and deleting the Outlook settings, but it hasn't helped at all. Has anyone else encountered similar problems?

I switched to using OWA for a while now and it's been fantastic—no more Outlook headaches for me! Totally recommend trying it instead.
I heard there were some issues with M365 affecting several users today. I'm pretty much done with the New Outlook, though; it just doesn't seem reliable enough for what we need.
Yeah, I had Microsoft Support tell me I have to switch to the New Outlook when I opened a ticket last week. So frustrating!

That's weird because it seems to work perfectly fine on other machines here.
