Is Anyone Else’s DNSFilter Roaming Agents Going Offline?

I'm curious if anyone else using DNSFilter is having trouble with their Roaming Agents going offline. We have 23 of these agents spread across the UK, using various ISPs, and they're all randomly switching between online and offline. I've already logged a support ticket, but I haven't heard back yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

I experienced the same thing too! Some users reported that restarting the DNS Agent service helped keep the roaming client online. It’s worth a shot if you haven’t tried it yet.

I've noticed the same thing! My agents are also switching off, but I found that disabling the agent on my device helps temporarily. Have you tried any fixes?

I had to disable mine too! It's not a great solution, but at least I can get some work done.

Just to add, I saw that they released a new agent version (2.0.8) recently. Maybe it could be causing some issues? It might be worth updating if you haven't!

Yeah, I'm having the same problem here in the UK! All my Roaming Agents are offline right now. It's super frustrating since it's affecting connectivity. What are you planning to do about it?

Not offline here, but my DNS resolution is pretty unreliable for some sites. It seems like it varies. Have you checked their status page? It says everything's operational, but clearly that’s not the case for everyone.
