Is Fresh Service Currently Down for Anyone?

Hey everyone, is anyone else experiencing issues with Fresh Service right now? I'm wondering if it's just me or if others are having the same problem.

Yeah, looks like it’s down for us too. We’re just putting some backup plans in place. Here's an update: Everything else seems to be functioning, it's just the ticket listing that's down. Emails are still generating tickets, and alerts are working fine! Hopefully, we’ll be back up soon. Just need to check our SLAs with them.

It's definitely down for us over here in the Southeast, pretty frustrating!

I checked their system status page and it seems like everything's fine on their end. Maybe grab a coffee while we wait for updates? They haven’t acknowledged any issues yet.
