Hey everyone! I accidentally bought a reverse 140mm fan thinking it was a regular exhaust fan for my build on the Hyte Y70. I've got three intake fans at the bottom and three on the side, along with three exhaust fans at the top for my CPU cooler. I was wondering, how bad will it be if I use this reverse fan as an intake instead? Aesthetics are pretty important to me—would the temperature difference be significant, maybe more than just 5 degrees?

With six intake fans and three exhaust, you're probably not in any danger of bad airflow even if you keep it as an intake. I’d recommend returning it if you can, but if you really like the fan's look, just go ahead and use it until you find a replacement. Worst case, you could flip it later.
Honestly, it can work as an intake if you're willing to flip it, but I get that you care about how it looks. Using a reverse fan as an intake isn't ideal, but you've already got six other intake fans and three exhausts, so airflow should be decent. If aesthetics are your priority, I'd say it's not terrible to keep it that way, but keep an eye on your temps once it's set up.
You could just turn it around, but if you really don't like the way it looks flipped, I think keeping it as an intake might be fine. Since you have three exhaust fans already, it should still be okay for airflow, though I wouldn't expect too much difference in cooling with that one fan.
