Is it necessary to upgrade my PSU for an RTX 4070?

I'm thinking about getting a used RTX 4070, but I'm not sure if I really need to upgrade my power supply unit (PSU). Right now, I have a 625W PSU that works fine with my RTX 3060 Ti and Ryzen 5 5600. I've seen that the recommended PSU wattage for a Ryzen 5 and RTX 4070 is 650W, but according to BeQuiet's PSU calculator, I only need about 461W. Should I consider upgrading my PSU now, or can I hold off for a bit? I plan to upgrade eventually, but I'm hoping to wait a little longer.

Nah, you're absolutely fine where you are. Your current PSU has enough overhead to handle the RTX 4070 without issues.

I run a 4080 with a Ryzen 9 on a 650W EVGA PSU. While it’s not ideal, it works. You can check your system's total draw to feel more secure about your current PSU.

Darn yeah, guess I should be good lol.

You don't need to upgrade your PSU; you're good with what you have. You're actually well within the limits with your current setup.
