I'm considering getting a used RTX 2060 or 2070, which costs around $180 in the Philippines. My gaming laptop just broke, and I'm currently using an old computer with an i5-9400F and a GTX 650. Being a student, my budget is very tight, but I need to upgrade my GPU ASAP. I'm also planning to buy a new PSU soon, so I'm focused on used GPUs. My maximum budget for the GPU is $250. Any suggestions?

Honestly, I'd lean towards the 2070. The 2060 isn't as powerful, so it might not be worth it unless it's super cheap.
If it’s within your budget, the 2070 gives you more performance for the price. But weigh that against the risk of buying used.
I’d advise against getting any used GPU with less than 8GB of VRAM if you're tight on funds. If you're buying new, 12GB should be the minimum.
What do you think about a new RX 6600 or 7600, both of which have 8GB? Is it bad to buy a GPU that’s not 12GB?
