Hey everyone! I currently have a 32" curved 4K monitor that I sit really close to while working and gaming, but I've been experiencing a lot of squinting and headaches. I got the monitor for free, but I'm considering upgrading. I'm unsure if downsizing to a 27" would be a mistake, especially since I really enjoy the curved screen. I mainly play open world and single player games like Hogwarts Legacy, Sims 4, Life is Strange, and Myst. To complicate things, I also feel overwhelmed by the numerous monitor options available. Plus, my current GPU is an NVidia 2070 Super, and I might need to upgrade that too. Any thoughts or experiences?

It sounds like the issue might not just be the size of your monitor, but the fact that 4K can be tough on the eyes, especially if you sit close. You could consider lowering the resolution or perhaps getting a large 1440P display instead. Also, if space allows, dual displays could be a great option for you!
That’s interesting. I’ve heard of people suggesting a 32" 1440 as well. My eyesight isn’t terrible, but since I squint so much at my current monitor and have migraines, I wonder if they’re related. I’d love to stick with one monitor due to space. Will I really notice a drop in graphics quality moving to a new 1440 monitor?
