Hey everyone! I've got a PC build with an Asus Dark Hero Z790 motherboard, an i9 14900k processor, and currently have Corsair 2x32GB RAM running at 6600MHz. I'm considering upgrading to Corsair titanium 2x48GB also at 6600MHz. I'm wondering if this upgrade is a good idea! What are your thoughts?

I totally get it! I run multiple screens too. I keep Discord with active streaming on one, DAZN on another, and game on the last. If you're working with that much at once, the extra RAM could definitely help. Plus, if the price difference is just €40, it might be worth it for smoother multitasking!
Before you switch to 96GB, it's worth asking why you need that much RAM. Honestly, gaming typically doesn't require more than 32GB. Extra RAM doesn’t automatically mean faster performance unless you’re hitting your current RAM limit. What's your main use case for more memory?
