I'm having trouble receiving emails through Proofpoint and I noticed Downdetector is reporting outages for Microsoft and other email services. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known issue?

I saw confirmation from Microsoft's official account that they are investigating issues affecting Outlook, Defender, and Purview, so it seems like they're aware of the outages.
Yeah, my inbound queue from Mimecast is huge, and it took me 5 minutes to connect to Outlook. Classic SaaS issues!
For the umpteenth time, stop relying solely on Downdetector as a system administrator. Make sure to check Microsoft's official service health page for accurate updates: admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/servicehealth.
If that service health page is down too, then it probably doesn’t help much, right?
I've noticed that many Microsoft admin panels are having trouble loading right now. It’s a bit chaotic today, isn't it?
