Is My 600W PSU Enough for a 5070 Ti Upgrade?

I have a pre-built PC with a 600W gold-rated power supply and a 4060 GPU. I've noticed that the 4060 is struggling with some of the newer games, so I'm considering upgrading to a 5070 Ti. My question is whether my current PSU can handle this upgrade or if I'll need to get a new one.

Check out MSI's recommended PSU chart. Honestly, I wouldn't run a 5070 Ti on just a 600W PSU. You'll want to leave around 20% headroom for the PSU to operate efficiently. Otherwise, it can run hot and potentially shorten its lifespan.

The 5070 Ti has a minimum recommended PSU of 750W. I really wouldn’t risk installing it with a lower wattage PSU like 600W—it’s just not worth the risk for such an expensive GPU.
