Is my PC upgrade plan reasonable after 5 years?

Hey everyone! I'm considering a major upgrade on my PC setup after using my current i7 9700 with an RTX 2080 and 64GB DDR4 for about five years. This computer is my main rig for both work and gaming (mainly at 1440p). I'm aiming to keep the system for roughly the same amount of time again, so I'd love your input before making any decisions.

I plan to retain several components from my existing build:
- My beloved Meshify C case (I really like this design)
- 2 HDDs
- 2 SSDs (which may become outdated soon, but I'll keep them for now)
- 1 NVME drive
- An AE-7 Sound Card (totally understand it's a bit old-fashioned!).

I wanted to go with a Noctua D15 G2 cooler, but it looks like it won't fit properly due to my case constraints. Instead, I've found a newer Thermalright cooler that should work with my setup.

Regarding airflow, since I'll keep the current HDD/SSD placement, I'll be able to install two 140mm fans in the front and one 120mm fan in the rear for exhaust. Will that be enough to keep everything cool?

Here's the full list of components I'm considering for my upgrade:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 BLACK
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7
- **Memory**: Crucial Pro Overclocking 64 GB DDR5-6400
- **Storage**: Various SSDs and HDDs as mentioned
- **Video Card**: Gigabyte EAGLE OC SFF GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
- **Power Supply**: SeaSonic VERTEX GX-1200

I would really appreciate your thoughts on my upgrade plan and any advice you might have!

What kind of work do you use your PC for? If it’s just light tasks, you might not need the Ryzen 9 9950X3D. It's quite powerful and could be overkill unless you're doing intensive productivity work.

I mainly do office apps multitasking, running video calls, and light content creation, so I really need a smooth and responsive experience.
