Hey everyone! I came across the Gigabyte X870 motherboard priced at just $194, which is a lot cheaper compared to other X870 boards I've seen. I'm thinking about getting it but would love to hear if anyone has experience with this board. Is there a reason it's significantly cheaper? Any insights would be appreciated! Also, I noticed there's an additional $40 off if you combine it with other items on Newegg. Thanks!

The lower price might be due to its "Digital Twin" 8+2+2 phase VRM setup, which isn't the most robust option out there. Most users don’t really need high-end motherboards; they’re mostly ways for manufacturers to increase prices. A B650 motherboard, which is only about $120, could give you similar performance without breaking the bank. You might not need an X870 at all!
I’m not too familiar with this stuff. What does "Digital Twin phase" even mean?
