Is the Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 a Good Liquid Cooler for R7 9800X3D?

I'm looking for some advice on cooling options for my R7 9800X3D CPU. I've been considering the Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 BLACK ARGB liquid cooler but I'm unsure if it's the best choice. Would a 360mm cooler be better, or would the 240mm suffice? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and recommendations!

The 9800X3D usually runs under 100W for most tasks, so a $40 air cooler can handle it just fine. Any 240mm AIO cooler should work without issue. Honestly, you probably won't need anything bigger than that!

Right? I only see mine go past 100W when compiling shaders, so a 240mm should do just great for most gaming.

I've actually tested my 9800X3D with an air cooler, and it keeps the temperatures well managed. Since the Thermalright Aqua Elite is well-reviewed, I'm sure it will perform nicely. I decided to stick with my Noctua D15S because of its performance, but I believe you will be satisfied with the 240mm solution!
