Your setup is pretty similar to mine except I have the 9070XT paired with an 850w PSU and a B850 board. The standard 9070 is actually really efficient and cooler compared to the 9070XT, so you're not missing out on much in power. Just remember, for better performance, consider going for the 850w PSU, especially if you're gaming at 1440p—most of the workload there will hit the GPU.
