I can't access my Windows laptop because my Microsoft account was compromised and the password was changed. This is the only account I used to log in, so I'm completely locked out. I reached out to Microsoft support, but they couldn't assist with recovering my account or resetting the password. I tried a factory reset, but it requires a recovery key that I also don't have. I attempted to reinstall Windows using a bootable USB, but I'm facing driver installation issues during the setup. I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad 3. Is there anything else I can try to regain access?

Have you tried reinstalling Windows from a USB stick? You can load the necessary storage driver during the setup, which might help. That could get you back into your laptop without needing the Microsoft account. Let me know how that goes!

Thanks for the tip! I've been looking into that, but I ran into this error. Can you help me figure out what's going wrong?
