Looking for Advice on Buying a New PC

Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy a new PC that can last me for about five years. I don't really have much knowledge about computers, so I could use some guidance. I'm planning to use it mainly for gaming and I want to play at 1080p resolution. My budget is $1500, and I'm located in Uruguay, using Uruguayan pesos. Any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

For a solid gaming PC in your budget, look for one with at least a decent graphics card like the GTX 1660 or RTX 3060. Also, prioritize a good CPU and plenty of RAM—16GB should be enough for gaming at 1080p.

That’s really helpful, thanks for the tips!

If you decide to go for a prebuilt option, check out the r/prebuilts subreddit. They've got some great resources and recommendations for different budgets, and it's easier if you’re not into building yourself.

Thanks, I might check that out!

Before making recommendations, I have a few questions! What’s your budget exactly, and what type of games do you plan on playing? Also, do you want a custom build or a prebuilt system? This info will really help narrow down the options!

I'm working with $1500 and mainly looking to play video games at 1080p. I’m not sure how to build one myself.
