Looking for Advice on Upgrading My Motherboard and RAM for Ryzen 5700X

Hey folks! I'm thinking about upgrading my motherboard and RAM. Here's my current setup: Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, RTX 4060 GPU, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM (2x8GB), a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard, 1TB NVMe SSD (Samsung 980), 1TB HDD, DeepCool AK400 cooler, DeepCool MATREXX 55 MESH case, and a 650W PSU. I have a budget of ₹20,000 INR (around $235 USD), but I can stretch it if the upgrade is worth it. Right now, I'm considering the MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard and Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz RAM. Are these good picks for my system, or do you have other suggestions that fit my budget? Thanks a lot!

Your picks look solid, but if you can, it might be worth it to save up for an AM5 motherboard for future-proofing. A B850 motherboard along with a 9600X or 9700X could be better in the long run. If you really want to upgrade now, though, go ahead with the MSI and Corsair RAM!

Upgrading your motherboard may not yield a notable performance boost, especially since your 5700X is already performing well with the current setup. Instead, consider getting high-quality used RAM like some Samsung B-die modules, which can run really well at 3600MHz if you find a good deal!

I appreciate the input! I held off on upgrading everything back when I revamped my rig, so I'm ready to complete it now. I know PCIe 4.0 might not be a huge deal for the RTX 4060, but I just want a motherboard that's a bit newer and won't hold me back.
