Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a cooler for my PC and could really use your help. I'm not super tech-savvy when it comes to specs, so I'm hoping for your suggestions. Here are my PC specs: Intel Core i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (12 GB). I've got a budget of around €120. Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Honestly, with your CPU, it might be worth considering an AM4 platform upgrade like the Ryzen 5 5600X. But if you just want a cooler, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 is often recommended.
Wow, suggesting to replace half the system just to get a cooler seems overkill, doesn’t it?
Here’s a link to the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE, which is a great option. A 360mm AIO would cool a bit better, but for the price, your i9-9900K doesn’t really need that kind of investment anymore.
I’d recommend checking out the Peerless Assassin; it’s a solid choice for cooling!
If your case can fit it, the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 or 360 Pro is fantastic and only about €85. Works well with both Intel and AMD CPUs. Alternatively, you could consider the ID-Cooling Frozn A720, which is a massive dual tower cooler with two 140mm fans for around €50. If you’re thinking about upgrading both your cooler and case, a Lian Li Lancool 207 for €80 paired with a Thermalright Phantom Spirit SE for €40 would fit right within your budget!
Recommending the Hyper 212 instead of considering newer options like Thermalright doesn't sit right with me.
