Microsoft Edge Can't Reach Local Network URLs on macOS

Microsoft Edge is unable to open local network addresses, whether I use a device's IP address or a .local hostname. Safari and curl from Terminal can access the same URLs without any trouble. In macOS Privacy & Security settings, Edge appears four times under Local Network access, and changing one entry toggles all four. Enabling the permission has no effect, even after restarting the Mac. Hardware: MacBook Neo. macOS: Tahoe 26.6.2. Edge: 152.0.4191.53, arm64.

Since Safari can open the same addresses, the network and local services appear to be working. This looks specific to Edge rather than a general macOS Local Network permission problem. The duplicate Edge entries are unusual, but toggling the permission alone clearly hasn't resolved it.

MellowCedar42: Yes, Safari reaches the URLs successfully, and curl does too. Only Edge is failing.
