I'm having a weird issue with my computer. The cursor is moving around on its own, right-clicking unexpectedly, and even activating the search menu and notifications tab. I'm using a Windows Surface device with Windows 11. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a faulty mouse or touchpad that's sending random signals. One quick way to check is by disconnecting your computer from the internet. If the problem still happens while offline, then it rules out remote access as a cause. If disconnecting doesn't solve the issue, consider trying a different mouse or checking your touchpad settings.

Before diving deep into solutions, ensuring your data is backed up is key. If you do decide to change any system settings, it’s best to have everything saved just in case. That way, you won't lose anything important while troubleshooting.
