I've been having a strange problem with my iPhone 16 where nothing besides calling or texting seems to work. I'm currently on iOS version 26.3, and after restarting my phone and resetting the network settings, I'm still facing issues. It's been two days now. When I try to open Discord, it only shows messages from two days ago and I can't send new messages. Similarly, Instagram shows outdated profile pictures. Interestingly, my iPad, which has similar settings but no cellular data, is functioning properly. Any advice would be appreciated!

First off, are you connected to WiFi? Sometimes the connection can be flaky. You might want to double-check that everything's working there.
If there's an Apple Store nearby, they can be super helpful with troubleshooting. If not, do you have AppleCare? You could reach out to them for support.
Make sure to check if you have a VPN app installed. If you do, try deleting it completely, then check your settings. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and remove anything there. It might solve the problem!
