Hey everyone! So, I've just purchased a brand new PC, but I'm running into a frustrating freezing issue. It freezes at random times, sometimes right after startup without me even touching the mouse, or while I'm browsing the internet. The freezing can last anywhere from just a few minutes to a full 30 minutes without a hitch. I checked the 'Problem Details' in Windows and found an error related to Radeon software. The details are:
- Faulting Application Path: C:Program FilesAMDCNextCNextRadeonsoftware.exe
- Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
- Application Name: Radeonsoftware.exe
- Application Version: 10.1.2.1862
Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any advice would be much appreciated!

This definitely seems like an AMD graphics driver issue. If you have an AMD GPU, consider uninstalling the Catalyst Control software since it can cause problems if you're just looking to game. Also, check both your GPU and CPU temperatures. Reinstalling the drivers could help too, but it might also be a virus, so keep that in mind!
It sounds like the Radeon driver might be causing the issue. Have you tried uninstalling it? You can get the correct drivers from AMD's official site. Just make sure to choose the right one for your graphics card.

What exactly is Radeonsoftware.exe? I just noticed that it's the only one listed for the crashes.
