My new PC won’t boot up—no display or power to peripherals, any ideas?

I've recently built a new gaming PC and everything was working great until yesterday when I pressed the power button. Now there's no display and my peripherals aren't getting any power. I've checked all connections, reseated both RAM sticks and my graphics card, but it still won't boot. The RGB lights on the fans are spinning, so I'm not sure if it's a power supply issue. Would the GPU lights turn on if the power supply was the problem? I'm out of ideas here—what else can I try?

You might want to try a CMOS reset. There's a battery on your motherboard; take it out for about 10 seconds and then put it back in. This can sometimes solve boot issues. Give it a shot!

Thanks for the suggestion! Does every motherboard have this battery? I have an ASUS PRIME A620M-K.
