Hey everyone, my brother recently attempted to overclock our CPU, but ever since then, the PC just keeps restarting endlessly without showing any display. I've already tried resetting the CMOS, but that's about it. Here are our specs: i5 9400f, H310M S2H motherboard, and RX 590 graphics card. Is there any way to access the BIOS or flash the motherboard without the button?

First, resetting the CMOS is definitely a good step. Just remember, it might take up to 10 minutes for the motherboard to lose its charge completely, so unplug the power and turn it off for a while. That way, it can reset properly.

I didn't know it could take that long, thanks for the tip!

It sounds like overclocking your CPU could have caused issues, especially since the i5 9400f isn’t designed for that and you're using a budget motherboard. Try removing the CMOS battery, hold down the power button while the PC is unplugged, then reinsert the battery. That usually helps restore the settings.
