I left my PC unplugged for three months while I was deployed, and now it won't boot when I got back. I was advised to replace the CMOS battery and reseat the RAM and GPU. After several tries, it finally booted up. But after updating the drivers and restarting, it's not booting again, even with the RAM and GPU reseated. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Don’t forget to check your PSU connections as well. If everything powers up but the GPU isn’t responding, it might not be getting enough power. Sometimes, just a loose cable can cause all sorts of boot issues.
When you press the power button, what happens? Do the fans spin and do you see any lights turning on? Also, have you checked for any specific lights on the motherboard? They can provide clues about what’s going on.
It sounds like you might have some issues with your GPU if the fans aren't spinning at all. Those motherboard lights are interesting too; it usually means there's a problem if it's stuck on amber. You could try reseating everything again or even testing with a different GPU if possible.
