My current laptop is over 10 years old and can't handle these games, so I'm looking for something that can significantly improve my gaming experience.

I recommend looking into a better air cooler, like the Thermalright PA120, to help with temperature management. Also, the RAM seems a bit slow at 6000MHz CL30, so you might want to consider getting faster memory.
If you don't need the HDD for storage, you could skip it, and why not just get a single 2TB SSD instead of multiple smaller ones? Plus, keep in mind that a 650W PSU might limit you if you ever upgrade to a better GPU in the future. Your current build feels a bit more like a workstation than a gaming rig based on the component choices.
