I recently upgraded my gaming rig with an Intel i9 14900KS, an RTX 4090, and 32GB of DDR5 6400 MHz RAM. Everything was running smoothly until I installed a recent Nvidia graphics update, which caused my games to crash frequently. The only temporary solution I've found is to underclock my CPU from 5.9 GHz to 5.5 GHz, but that still leads to crashes in games like Fortnite and Black Ops 6. I ran into a user who suggested using DDU to reinstall an older driver, and I went back to version 566.36. Now my CPU is at default clock and voltage, allowing me to play Fortnite, but I'm still unsure why the latest drivers are causing issues. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated!

It sounds like DDU might be the best way to go. Uninstall your current GPU driver completely and roll back to the last stable version you used. You could also try going through Device Manager to roll back directly, but DDU is usually more effective for these kinds of issues.
I already tried that, and the only version that worked for a bit was the one from March, 572.70.
