I've had my Microsoft Surface Studio for about 2 or 3 years now, and it seems like new issues keep popping up. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, and while they've provided some help, the problems never really go away. Here are some of the main issues I'm currently experiencing:
- When I open my laptop and turn it on, the screen goes black and can stay that way for hours.
- The device glitches frequently.
- I can't open any PDFs stored in my folders.
- Some files seem to disappear or get deleted on their own.
- I use two Google accounts (business and personal), but I can't access my personal account on the laptop anymore; Google Chrome just won't let me log in.
I'm at a loss about how to resolve these problems since they seem to vary every time.

It sounds frustrating! Have you tried doing a clean install of Windows? That can often help with persistent issues. Microsoft has a guide on how to do this if you're unsure.
For the black screen, are you shutting down your laptop completely? If the screen is still black, you might want to check if it's going into sleep mode.
Regarding the PDF issue, are you getting any error messages? If not, it might be a file association problem.
And about the disappearing files, could you check the folder settings to see if they’re being hidden or if there's an issue with your storage? Also, for the Google account, what happens when you try to log in? Any errors?

I make sure to shut it down completely. For the PDFs, no errors pop up at all; they just won't open. The lost files are mostly personal photos. As for Google, Chrome just won't start—like nothing happens when I click it.
