I'm trying to decide between the RTX 5060 Ti and the RTX 5070 to pair with my Ryzen 5 3600X. I've found that the RTX 5060 Ti shows about a 13% bottleneck when running high GPU tasks at 1080p. Should I stick with the 5060 Ti, or would it be better to invest in the 5070 now and think about upgrading my CPU and motherboard in a few months?

I'd personally go for the 5700X3D if you're planning for long-term performance. It pairs well with high-end GPUs. But, if you can only get a GPU right now, the 5060 Ti is fine, especially if you need it for 1080p gaming. Just keep in mind your future upgrades.
The RTX 5060 Ti is similar to the 7700XT in performance, so you could go for that one for 16GB. However, if you're into high-refresh gaming, consider the 5700X3D to balance your setup. What's your current GPU?
