Hey folks! I upgraded my PC last month, and ever since early June, I've been plagued with random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors showing the message "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I've tried updating the drivers (even found one that was missing), scanned my RAM (no issues there), and tinkered a bit using the console. The other day, it crashed again while I was just chilling and not running anything heavy. I wanted to dive into the dump files with Bluescreenview, but honestly, I'm a bit lost on what that means. I came across something online mentioning unauthorized memory usage, but I have no clue how to resolve this. I'd like to avoid wiping my system if possible, as I've heard it might help but would rather not take that risk. I've also uploaded the DMP error files [here](https://www.mediafire.com/file/o9udi2la0att8bx/BSOD_dmp.zip/file) if that helps!

To properly diagnose BSODs, we need those dump files you mentioned. They contain crash logs that help figure out what's going wrong. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check for any dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site like Mediafire or Catbox.moe. If you only have one dump file or none at all, just upload whatever you have. Make sure your settings are configured to create a Small Memory Dump too, so you can get more files in the future!
First, double-check that your BIOS settings are stable—no freezing or weird glitches. If everything's smooth, I recommend updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version (7B86vHN) from MSI’s website. Then, grab the latest AMD Chipset Drivers specifically for your motherboard. Don't install anything else from that page; those can cause issues. After that, see if your crashes continue. It might just do the trick!
Thanks, Frank! I think my BIOS is stable enough, but how can I confirm that? I read about some people downgrading their BIOS if it’s older but mine is from 2020. Should I stick with the newest version, or could that be overkill?
