I'm considering an upgrade for my system and I'm stuck between two options. I currently have a "bundle" 6000 CL36 Samsung B-Die RAM from G Skill, and I'm running it at 6200 speed with CL36 latency. Would it be better for me to invest in higher-quality RAM, or should I go ahead and upgrade my SSD to a PCIe 4.0 model?

For gaming, honestly, either option won’t make a huge difference in performance. Most of the time, you won’t really notice it. Just keep that in mind before spending cash!
Not entirely true. For a game installation drive, a faster SSD might not make a big impact, but if you're using it as a boot drive or for caching, you'll feel some noticeable improvements.
If you really want the best performance boost, manually tuning your secondary and tertiary RAM timings can lead to better outcomes. It wouldn’t be worth swapping a 6000 CL36 kit for another one with the same speed but lower CL. Also, remember that PCIe generation is less crucial for SSD performance—the type of NAND, DRAM cache, and controller quality play a bigger role. If you have a Zen 4/5 CPU, ensure that the UCLK matches the MCLK, so both should be at 3100MHz.
I have the UCLK matching MCLK set up right! I’ve been watching all I can from Buildzoid's videos—he’s so knowledgeable but can be hard to keep up with sometimes! Right now, I've got 2133 FCLK, with tightened timings, but I can't get TRFC lower than 806 and have maxed out TREFI while keeping my temps under 48°C while gaming.
To be honest, both upgrades might not have a significant impact. You might not see a big change with either, which is good to know before dropping any cash on upgrades.
I’m totally fine with that. Better than wasting my money for little to no benefit! Lol
What I needed to hear! I'm still learning, and it feels like there's always something new to understand in these discussions. Lol
