Struggling with Microsoft Account Recovery – Need Help!

My Microsoft account was hacked, and honestly, the recovery process seems like a lost cause. I've been trying to use their recovery module, but I'm not receiving any updates anymore. I'm definitely entering the correct email address. It's been a few months of back and forth between me and the hacker, changing passwords and security information, but I'm about ready to throw in the towel. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this?

Honestly, it sounds like a nightmare. If Microsoft isn't helping, one thing you might consider is switching to a different service provider entirely. That way, you could avoid dealing with similar issues in the future. It's frustrating to feel stuck like this.
