I'm gearing up to build my first PC and would love your thoughts on my planned setup! Here's what I'm considering:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 9700x
- Motherboard: MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk MAX WiFi
- PSU: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE 5 & ATX 3.0
- Storage: Kingston SSD NV3 1TB, 6000MB/s
- RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 (2x16) 7200MT/s
- GPU: I'm still deciding on this one; I'm leaning towards the RX 9060 XT but open to suggestions.
Just a note, I plan to downclock the RAM to 6000MT/s because that's where the processor seems to perform best. It might seem odd to lower the frequency, but the prices for the RAM I chose are much more reasonable compared to the lower-frequency options available here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Why are you opting for the Ryzen 7? If it’s mainly for gaming, consider saving some cash and going with the Ryzen 5 9600X instead.
I’m also planning to stream and multitask, along with video editing, which is why I'm going for the 7.
