Hey everyone! I'm getting ready to order parts for my new gaming PC and I wanted to double-check my build before I finalize anything. My budget is around $2000, but it looks like I'm slightly over at around $2473.49. Here's what I have so far:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler**: SAMA SM360 LCD Liquid CPU Cooler
- **Motherboard**: Asus ROG STRIX X870-A GAMING WIFI ATX AM5
- **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000
- **Storage**: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD
- **Video Card**: PowerColor Hellhound Spectral Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB
- **Case**: Lian Li O11 VISION COMPACT ATX
- **Power Supply**: Montech TITAN PLA 1000 W 80+ Platinum
- **Operating System**: Windows 11 Home
- **Case Fans**: Thermalright TL-C12CW-S X3 120 mm Fans (2-pack)

Could anyone suggest if I should swap out some parts for better performance or to save some cash? Thanks!

Hey! I see you’re a bit over budget, but your choices look solid. I actually put together a similar build keeping it within your budget without sacrificing much in terms of performance. I recommend looking at a cheaper CPU cooler and a motherboard that saves you some cash. Also, consider a different GPU that’s available for less, like the Sapphire PULSE RX 9070 XT, which could shave off some cost. Here’s the build I came up with: [Link to Build] where I managed to stay around $2022!

Nice build! I think staying around your budget is smart, but your current GPU is pretty excellent! So, if you can swing it, maybe just adjust your cooler and power supply instead.

I like the look of your parts too! As a beginner, it really is tough to navigate all the options. But definitely check out alternatives as suggested!

Looks good, but I noticed the theme of your build is kind of driving up the price with some aesthetic choices. The ‘white build tax’ is real! You might want to swap that GPU for something like the ASRock steel legend RX 9070 XT. It’s cheaper and performs quite similar, allowing you to save a bit for other parts. Totally worth checking out a black power supply too since it’ll be hidden by the shroud of your case.

Thanks for the insight! I’ll definitely look into those budget-friendly options.

Yeah, I agree! I think there's definitely a balance between aesthetics and performance that can help save you some cash.
