True Tone Stopped Working After iPhone 15 Battery Replacement

I had the battery in my iPhone 15 replaced at an Apple Store a couple of days ago, and True Tone has stopped working ever since. I already restarted the phone, but that didn't fix it. I normally keep the brightness low, so when I go outside and the screen doesn't adjust properly, it briefly looks like the phone isn't even on. Has anyone dealt with this after a battery replacement? Is there a setting or calibration I can try, or should I take it back for service?

Take it back to the repair provider and explain that True Tone stopped working after the battery service. Repairs are generally covered by a limited warranty, so they should inspect it and correct the issue without charging you again.

You can try running the display calibration option through the phoneโs built-in diagnostics mode. If True Tone still doesnโt return afterward, the repair provider will need to check the phone, since the display may need to be re-paired or recalibrated after service.

MellowCactus47: Does it need to be the exact same location, or could another authorized service provider handle it? The original store was far away and extremely busy.
