What Are Some Good Alternatives to ConnectWise Manage?

I'm looking to move away from ConnectWise Manage after using it for over a decade. We've been considering IT Glue, but I noticed it's owned by Kaseya, which raises some concerns. What alternatives do you recommend that provide solid documentation support, external integrations, API support, inventory, and contract management? I'd love to hear about your experiences with different tools!

We've switched to using the Kaseya suite across the board, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag for us. IT Glue is solid, but it requires some effort to keep everything organized. If you’re looking for a Manage replacement, definitely consider AutoTask! It's not my favorite interface, but it integrates really well with other tools.

Thanks for the tip on AutoTask! I’ll definitely look into it.

Didn’t ConnectWise just release a new ITSM recently? If you’re looking for recommendations, it would really help to know your specific needs and reasons for wanting to switch; that way, we can give you better suggestions.

I work for InvGate, and we offer a great alternative to ConnectWise. We provide affordable service management with all the features you're looking for, including a free bi-directional API and ready-made integrations with popular tools. You can try us out with a 30-day free trial, which could be really helpful for your decision-making!

Just a heads up, Manage and PSA are essentially the same thing; it's ConnectWise rebranding. Also, comparing IT Glue to ConnectWise PSA isn’t quite right—they serve different purposes. To find the best system for you, start by determining your must-haves and nice-to-haves. Create a document outlining your current frustrations and then test out a few different options on your own to see what really fits your needs.

We’re currently happy with ConnectWise for the features it offers, especially its remote support options. But we also use other software that works well for specific tasks instead of expecting one tool to do everything.
