I'm currently running an R5 3600 CPU with a 1050 Ti GPU, a 450W PSU, 16GB of RAM on a B450M motherboard. I'm looking for advice on what I should upgrade to improve my system's performance.

Your main bottlenecks seem to be the GPU and the PSU. Personally, I think upgrading to at least 32GB of RAM would also be beneficial. Your R5 3600 should hold up fine for a while until you can save for a more extensive rebuild.
It really depends on what you use your PC for. If you're mainly gaming, then definitely focus on the GPU. The 1050 Ti won't cut it for newer titles. Also, watching your power supply's wattage is important if you plan on upgrading the GPU.
I would recommend upgrading your GPU first. The 1050 Ti is pretty dated and might struggle with newer games. An upgrade can really enhance your gaming experience.
