What's your budget for the CPU? If it's around $200-300, that opens up a few decent options!
You might want to consider upgrading to an i9-9900K. Just keep in mind that this option pretty much locks you into your current platform for future upgrades. If you're looking to upgrade later on, it might be worth thinking about switching platforms altogether now instead.
