I was working on my Dell G15 laptop when the video quality dropped, and I noticed the power symbol by the battery was gone. My sister might have bumped the multibox where my charger was plugged in, but it still appears to be connected and turned on. However, the charger's indicator light isn't lit, and everything else plugged into the multibox is working. I'm worried the charger is broken, but I don't have a backup and no one in my household has a compatible one. Additionally, I'm going on a six-hour car trip tomorrow to a remote area for a week, and I really need to work while I'm there. Any advice on how to fix this or alternative options?

It sounds like your charger might be dead if the light won't turn on and it's not charging your laptop. If you've already tried a different outlet, you're probably looking at getting a new charger. Check if your Dell model supports USB-C charging – those can be easier to find in stores. If not, see if you can look for a universal charger or check for any local stores on your route if you have to stop.
That's a bummer! Normally, chargers can last a few years, but it really depends on usage. If yours is already three years old, it might be on its last legs.
