I'm experiencing random stuttering on my computer's display, even though the FPS value remains unchanged. The screen freezes momentarily, which I've documented in some videos. You can check them out here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10leFujCDCXNKu6o59EqKbW41ZV1ODYFp.
I have an EndeavourOS setup, and after an update three weeks ago, things have gone awry. Unfortunately, I didn't create a snapshot before the update, so I can't tell if that's when the issue started. My hardware includes a 9060XT GPU, 16GB of RAM, and an R5 5600 processor; I'm using an HDMI cable that came with my monitor (MAG 255F E20).
I haven't encountered this issue before, and everything appeared normal in terms of memory, CPU, and GPU usage and temperatures. As a new PC builder, I'm at a loss and would really appreciate some guidance. If required, I can provide more information, such as the pacman log. Thanks in advance for any help!

I totally get the frustration. Since you mentioned you built this PC yourself, it could be a connection issue or even something to do with the power supply. Sometimes reseating the RAM and GPU can resolve odd stuttering. If this started after an update, rolling back to an earlier version might also be an option worth exploring.
It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating issue! First, make sure you check your drivers to see if they're up to date since outdated or incompatible drivers can often cause display issues. Also, reviewing the pacman logs might give clues about what changed during the update that could have led to this stutter. If the HDMI cable is questionable and you can get access to another, it might be worth testing that out, too.
Good point about the drivers! If you update them and the issue persists, considering reinstalling the graphics drivers might help. Just a thought!

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll look into rolling back the update and reseating the components to see if that changes anything.
