Hey everyone! I'm currently using a Ryzen 3800x CPU, 16GB of RAM (2x8GB), and a Radeon 5700XT GPU with a 1440p 180Hz monitor. I play a variety of games on Steam, including CSGO, Star Wars, and session skate, but I'm especially excited about Battlefield 6, which I'm already playing in beta. I'm looking for advice on good upgrades I can make right now.
I'm considering swapping out my CPU for either the 5700x3D (around $350 CAD) or the 5800XT (about $249 CAD), as well as upgrading my RAM to 32GB and potentially getting a new GPU while I wait for AM6. Do you think this is the best value for my situation?

Honestly, you might want to consider a full system upgrade. Your current setup is pretty balanced, and just swapping out one or two parts won't give you a massive boost. What would be your ideal build?
First off, what's your budget? That really helps in deciding the best upgrade path!
I’m leaning towards a budget of about $1000. But honestly, if I’m spending that much, I might as well think about upgrading everything!
I just upgraded from an FX-8350 and a GTX 1060 to a Ryzen 7 5700x and an RX 9060 XT, plus 32GB of RAM. It's been a game changer for my PC experience!
Sounds awesome! Maybe I should go for the 5700x and the 9060XT myself!

That's what I figured too. What do you suggest for a new build? I'm open to ideas!
