I'm looking for some solid recommendations for a cooler that would work well with my Ryzen 9 9900X3D. Both liquid and air coolers are options, so I'd love to hear what others have found to be effective!

I’m using a Corsair H150i for my setup, and it’s doing a fantastic job! My CPU temps don’t go above 67°C under load, usually around 63°C. This is pretty impressive given that I don't even have a rear exhaust fan—just relying on top exhausts with the AIO. Check out my Icue readings during a gaming session for proof!
